Made to Order - Returns Policy

We hope you love every item you receive. However, if it doesn’t float your boat don’t worry, just send it back to us within 30 days providing it’s in its original condition and packaging we’ll refund the product(s) for you.

Please take care to keep all packaging as we can only accept returns with the original packaging. Contact our customer service team at info@aj-concepts.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. Without this, we may be unable to complete your refund.

Before returning any item(s) to us, we do ask that they are in the same condition that you received them, with tags still attached and goods in their original packaging. Please take reasonable care to ensure that item(s) are returned safely and are not damaged in transit.


We do not offer free returns and the cost of returning an item is your responsibility. When posting your item back we advise you obtain proof of postage as we cannot be held liable for items lost and damaged in transit.

Design & Commission

Refund Policy

All Design & Commission pieces and work are non-refundable. All fees are agreed at Concept Stage, prior to the commencement of installation. It is not responsible to suggest that by being charged, you have been taken advantage of. You enter into a contract to pay for a service based on time and materials.

In the rare event that AJ Concepts is unable to fulfil the client’s project to the scope and specifications and no compromise can be reached, no fee is payable. Please be aware that it may take a few days for the refund to appear in your account.

If you are unhappy with a commission piece of furniture (that is not built in to your home), you can request AJ-Concepts buy the piece back from you. This service is made at AJ-Concept’s discretion, they are not obliged to purchase any piece back from you.

Cancellation Policy

At the Installation Stage, your schedule is finalised. If the Client cancels any length of time with AJ-Concepts with under 24 notice, there will be no refund available. As AJ-Concepts carefully plans the length of the project the time will need to be made up elsewhere, which the client will be charged for on top of the cancelled time.

Reschedules

Attempting to reschedule within 24 hours of your booking with AJ-Concepts will be seen as a cancellation and is non-refundable.

Outside of the 24 hours prior to your scheduled booking time, you can reschedule by emailing info@aj-concepts.co.uk.

Late Policy

If you are running late to meet AJ-Concepts, let him know via email/phone. He will wait 30 minutes for you (for under 3 hours work) and 1 hour for you (for a session over 3 hours in length), but if you arrive later than this, you forfeit the session and full payment is required.
